Bible study is the common bond for Presbyterian Women, and we celebrate more than 100 years of publishing studies and using them together.
PW/Horizons Bible studies are written with Presbyterian women and for Presbyterian women. Members of the PW Churchwide Board develop yearly themes and help select authors. PW groups across the country field test and provide feedback on authors’ first drafts.
All of our studies can be read and enjoyed by individuals, but it is what we discover through shared prayer and Bible study in groups that knits us together and nurtures us as Presbyterian Women in the PC(USA). Join Presbyterian Women in Bible study together! All are welcome.

Finding Resilience, Joy, and Our Identity in Jesus Christ by Rhashell D. Hunter
The 2025–2026 PW/Horizons Bible Study In this Bible study, we will explore resilience. This is modeled for us by several biblical characters, gospel and epistle writers, as well as Jesus.
The Bible study is also about joy. How do we find joy in a chaotic world? Christian joy may be different from how a lot of people define joy.
We will also seek to rediscover our identity. [Excerpt from the Introduction to Finding Resilience, Joy, and Our Identity in Jesus Christ].
Daytime Bible study meets Wednesdays at 12:00 noon in person for table fellowship. Bring your own brown bag lunch.
